Importance of giving the tenant good customer service.

Tip #2 – Communicate, Communicate, Communicate.

Communicating is key to good service and keeping the tenant happy, especially in a stressful situation like an important repair. Even if your vendor is late to making the repair, if you update the tenant so they are not left wondering what is going on, they are usually much happier.

Tip #3 – Do what you say you’re going to do.

Another important aspect of customer service is doing what you say you will do. If you say you’ll fix something to your rental property then follow thru and get it fixed.
